Built in 1798, the building displays all the architectural features of an 18th-century rural noble house typical of the Geneva region.
The intervention focused primarily on preserving and extending the life of the building’s heritage elements, while adapting its function and ergonomics to meet contemporary living standards.
The heating system was upgraded with the installation of a wood pellet boiler, housed in the estate’s former stable.
