Landscaping for a project of 90 apartments in several stages. The landscaping was used to enhance the buildings and the parcel space of this project. First of all, the façades of the neighbouring buildings had to be renovated to maintain a pleasant, high-quality urban environment. Also, in order to give structure to the neighbourhood, a walkway decorated with lights, hedges and plantings was created. The terraces have also been worked with plant troughs delimiting the space to mark the boundary between the private and public domain. In addition, the creation of a dozen small urban vegetable gardens that each resident can use as well as a playground strengthens the social ties of the neighbourhood. They constitute a real sharing space between the residents of the building and are brightened up with benches to allow meetings.

Réalisation d’aménagements paysagers pour un projet de 90 appartements se traduisant en plusieurs étapes. Les aménagements paysagers ont permis de mettre en valeur les immeubles et l’espace parcellaire de ce projet. Tout d’abord, il a fallu procéder à un ravalement des façades des bâtiments voisins pour maintenir un environnement urbain agréable et de qualité. Aussi, pour donner une structure au quartier, un cheminement orné de luminaires, de haies ainsi que de plantations a été réalisé. Les terrasses ont été également travaillées grâce à des bacs de plantes délimitant l’espace afin de marquer la limite entre le domaine privé et public. De plus, la création d’une dizaine de petits potagers urbains que chaque résident peut utiliser ainsi qu’une place de jeux renforcent les liens sociaux du quartier. Ils constituent un véritable espace de partage entre les habitants de l’immeuble et sont égayés de bancs afin de permettre les rencontres.
