Le projet est divisé en trois zones : une salle de restaurant, une partie technique et une cuisine. Cette organisation en trois parties permet de gérer les flux autour d’un noyau central tout en libérant un maximum d’espace dans la salle.

The project is divided in three areas: a restaurant, a technical part and a kitchen. This three-part organization allows to manage the flows around a central core while freeing up the maximum amount of space in the main room.
